  Today at 20.50pm I called and asked if I could take the duty managers name and he refused to give me his name being that person. He said call back tomorrow and speak to the general manager, I asked for their name then, he said he is not allowed to give me his name as the duty manager, he manner was very abrupt and was unhelpful. I called him again asking for the complaints procedure and he was then rude, I said I am now going to complain and he still refused his name as a duty manager. He then gave me a name of ABID and said he was some one in charge but not him or not any one there, but still refused to tell me the store managers name and again was not very customer friendly. I will be lodging a formal complaint now to head office. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL and service was dreadful.

  So not only was the food late but burnt and cold and when I phoned back and asked for the area manager ABID then told me to shut up and hung the phone up I'm fuming that the company employs people like this I like at the bottom of the road it's on how can it take over and hour and the icing on the cake they short changed me! USE Dominos! Their customer service is appalling I spoke to abid and the manager is Abdul
